What we do not assume
A listing is not treated as current stock until dated evidence links the seller, vehicle and VIN. A global brochure is not treated as the specification of a China-market Traveller. Displayed equipment does not establish legality, software access or destination support. Domestic warranty promotions do not automatically travel with an independently exported vehicle.
Evidence and commercial responsibility
Candidate records preserve the source, date and unresolved limits of each claim. Quotations state currency, validity, included China-side work and delivery point. Destination tax, registration, connected services and carrier acceptance remain subject to current third-party rules and advice. Buyers receive decision points at shortlist, inspection, contract and loading stages.

Buyer control remains visible

How a candidate is rejected
A sourcing process is credible only when it can produce a rejection. A vehicle is paused when identity, authority, structure, flood evidence, diagnostic status, destination legality or a high-cost drivetrain question remains materially unresolved. Price negotiation does not convert an unknown into acceptable evidence. The specific missing test or document is recorded, and a substituted vehicle starts a new VIN file.
