Privacy Policy

Scope

This policy covers information submitted through UsedJetourT2.com or sent through its displayed email and WhatsApp routes for vehicle sourcing, inspection, quotation and export coordination.

Information collected

The enquiry form may collect name, destination, email, WhatsApp number, version and condition preferences, free-text requirements, consent, source site and normal technical request data used for delivery and abuse prevention. It does not request passwords, payment-card details or identity documents.

Purpose and lawful handling

Information is used to answer the request, distinguish T2-family versions, source possible vehicles, coordinate evidence, estimate logistics, maintain transaction history and prevent misuse. Enquiry information is not sold.

Service providers and international processing

Hosting, communications, sourcing, inspection, logistics and professional providers may process the limited information necessary for the request. International vehicle trade can require processing outside the buyer’s country.

Retention and security

Records are retained only as reasonably needed for enquiries, transactions, legal and accounting duties, disputes and security. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet transmission is guaranteed absolutely secure. Sensitive documents should use a separately agreed secure route.

Your choices

Request access, correction or deletion by emailing info@pandausedcars.com. Some records may be retained where transaction, legal or fraud-prevention duties require it.

Cookies and external services

These static pages do not include advertising profiles or third-party analytics tags. Hosting and security systems may process IP address, browser, URL and timing. WhatsApp and email services apply their own terms.

Enquiry control and withdrawal

Submitting a request does not create a marketing subscription. Buyers may withdraw a sourcing enquiry or ask that routine communication stop at any time. Where a transaction has begun, limited records may still be required to reconcile quotations, fraud controls, legal duties or disputes. Requests are assessed against the identity and contact details reasonably available.
