Jetour T2 Purchase Contract and Equipment Schedule

A T2 agreement needs more than a model name, year and price because Traveller-family bodies, powertrains and regional packages can differ materially. Identify the actual VIN and delivered equipment, then define inspection and preparation acceptance. Obtain appropriate professional advice for the contract, parties and jurisdiction. This guide is a transaction-planning method, not a legal guarantee or a substitute for the actual signed agreement.

Verify parties and the exact vehicle configuration

Confirm the contracting entity independently from a listing contact, then record VIN, production, original market, body, steering and full powertrain. The names and versions file prevents a general T2 label from concealing an extended body or different energy system. Record the actual drive arrangement rather than broad capability wording. Attach relevant specification and identity evidence. Clarify whether the offer is identified existing stock or conditional sourcing. A substitution requires explicit reassessment, not a promise of another similar car. The schedule should let both parties compare handover with one definite accepted configuration rather than reconstruct it from messages using abbreviated names.

Describe included factory and accessory equipment

List actual original equipment separately from later installations, with suitable identifiers, documents and photographs. Use the stock-versus-modified file to keep installation questions visible. Name wheels, tyres, spare, roof, towing or other included parts and identify excluded removable trip items. For plug-in offers, specify supplied charging hardware and records without implying installation approval. Essential app, keys and software functions need supported handover evidence through the account transfer file. A photograph supports the schedule but can omit small items or show later-removed equipment. Fully upgraded or international specification should not replace a precise delivered-item description.

Agree inspection and preparation acceptance

Identify the assessor, scope, allowed access and evidence required before the relevant commercial stages. The inspection checklist is the technical starting brief; the agreement needs to define how findings are handled. Separate seller representations, qualified observations and areas left untested. New cars need identity and delivery-condition confirmation, while used cars add actual history and condition. Do not require an inspection to guarantee no future failure. If preparation is agreed, describe the supported result, responsible party and reassessment rather than promising to make everything good. Keep outstanding conditions visible before payment or release responsibilities are finalised with appropriate advice.

State delivery and documentation boundaries

Record the named delivery basis, preparation scope, carrier assumptions, included services and exclusions. The FOB-versus-CIF comparison exposes the responsibilities behind trade-term shorthand. Extended dimensions, roof equipment or electrified systems need actual carrier answers, not a generic SUV assumption. Destination taxes, conformity and registration require suitable local confirmation. A port quotation is not automatically a road-ready local total. Have professionals review policy, risk and enforceable wording where relevant. The schedule should name who provides necessary documents and evidence at each stage so the vehicle record remains coherent through inland movement, export preparation and carrier handover.

Keep payment verification independent

Confirm beneficiary details against the contracting arrangement through an independently established route, particularly when instructions change. An equipment schedule is not proof that a bank account is legitimate. Do not transmit passwords, payment-card information or unnecessary identity files through the initial enquiry form. Record agreed payment stages and their evidence conditions using appropriate advice. Preserve authorised changes coherently rather than rely on messages from someone whose authority is unclear. If the vehicle, scope or price changes, reconcile acceptance before the next stage. A sourcing request or availability conversation is not itself a signed purchase contract, reservation or approval to transfer funds.

Reconcile the accepted schedule at final handover

Use the pre-shipment reinspection to compare VIN, included equipment, agreed work, keys and condition after storage or workshop movement. Save the final file for the first-service and arrival review. Resolve material mismatches through the actual agreed process before release where possible; do not silently substitute equipment or a different car. A clear record reduces avoidable ambiguity but cannot guarantee dispute-free enforcement, refunds or insurance recovery in every jurisdiction. Professional contract review remains relevant. The purchasing objective is one understood vehicle and responsibility chain, not broad family-name assurances that change between shortlist, payment and delivery.

Compare the acceptance conditions

Proceed when
Proceed with a precise VIN and equipment record, understood inspection gates and independently verified commercial and payment responsibilities.
Investigate when
Clarify exclusions, substitutions and preparation evidence before authorising the next stage when any agreed configuration or price boundary changes.
Do not assume
Do not rely on broad family-name wording or informal account instructions to establish enforceable terms or legitimate beneficiary identity.

Buyer evidence checklist

  • Verified parties and complete VIN-specific configuration
  • Factory, accessory and excluded items separated
  • Agreed inspection and preparation gates
  • Named movement and document responsibilities
  • Independent payment checks and final equipment record

Questions before you buy

Is fully modified a sufficient equipment description?

No. Name included components, documents and exclusions so the actual delivered package can be compared with the agreement.

Does this guide guarantee a remedy for a mismatch?

No. Rights and remedies depend on the signed agreement and applicable law; obtain advice for the actual transaction.

Primary and regional references

Each reference describes its own market or commercial scope; it does not identify the offered VIN or prove its condition or availability.
